The  Management Team are responsible for the day to day management of each supported tenancy that is part of the Community Care Options project. This gives effective leadership to the support staff, promoting a service that puts each person at the centre of his or her service plan.

During his career he has always worked with individuals who either displayed challenging behaviour or mental health problems.

He has experience of working in both hospital and community settings.
Philip sees his role as developing a quality service to meet the need of individuals who display challenging behaviour/mental health problems
