Mission Statement
To increase community integration of individuals who provide the severest
challenges to the community services.
At the same time promoting a positive image of people with a disability. To
provide support for people to work through times of crisis, helping them to
develop better ways of coping and using the least restrictive practices.
To provide other services for people with a
disability offering mobility, training and domestic
support.
To provide support services to the Local
Involvement Network (LINk)
Giving patients a voice on health issues
All services will be based on the development of good
rapport with people showing them respect and dignity at all times
