Working with people who challenge services can be stressful. That is why a comprehensive support system is a top priority.

Each of the care staff employed undergoes an Induction Programme, and is provided with a personal development booklet. Regular supervision takes place as part of a structural policy.

The management team work flexible hours and operate an efficient on-call system to ensure support at all times.

The Training Strategy aims to provide a skilled and up to date work force.

 Each April a plan for the year is published and involves a major commitment to external courses and regular in-service training for all staff.

A friendly and relaxed atmosphere exists with a strong emphasis on a team approach.

We do not necessarily seek people with previous experience.

As a company we have successfully introduced many new people to care work over the last 14 years
